Provides education to the client/family regarding the disease process and performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health
Active and unencumbered Speech Language Pathologist license
