Own overall P&L performance of the Semiconductor Business Line, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve business objectives across assigned market segments and key accounts.
Set clear direction and cascade business and functional goals across the team, coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product Specialists.
