Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and communicate with the supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress.
  • Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
