Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and maintaining dryness of clothing and linens.
Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers, and report injuries of an unknown source, including skin tears.
