  • The role is responsible for developing the solution that aligns with government policies, security standards, accessibility requirements, and service delivery outcomes, while leveraging Pega Customer Service, Case Management, and Omni-Channel capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and manage the technical aspects of deployment and post-implementation support.
