This role serves as a servant leader and facilitator to guide the effective delivery of location-strategy initiatives across multiple teams within the Agile Release Train.
The incumbent is accountable for removing blockers, coordinating interlocks, and optimizing flow to ensure value delivery meets agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
Success requires strong collaboration with Technical Delivery Managers and Product leadership to drive alignment and release readiness while championing Agile ways of working.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong experience in Agile Release Train roles
Proven experience leading delivery of Programs
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
Understanding of SAFe methodologies
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence tools
Nice-to-have
SAFe Release Train Engineer certification
Exposure to data governance frameworks
Knowledge of real-time analytics
Experience in banking or financial services
Ability to foster continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
Strong experience in RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager roles
Proven track record delivering programs preferably in banking
SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent
Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
