The Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC) is seeking a Standards Management Director to oversee quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid background in healthcare quality assurance and regulatory standards
Job Summary
The position provides administration, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the Center’s overall quality improvement activities via collaboration with the Center Director, Medical Director, Assistant Center Director, and Director of Nursing.
Coordinates and implements activities to facilitate the provision of highest quality services to LNMTC residents including systematic review, monitoring, and analysis of issues related to resident quality of care and safety.
Directly supervises other Quality Assurance professional and Health Information Management Department.
