Lendlease is seeking a Services Cost Planner/Estimator to join their National Building Services Cost Planning team, focusing on building services trades and supporting various sectors. The role is remote and offers a range of responsibilities, including budget management, cost planning, and collaboration with stakeholders

Job Summary

  • As a Services Cost Planner / Estimator you will report to the Services Cost Planning and Estimating Manager and will be responsible for providing cost planning support, specialising in building services trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire, Technologies, and Vertical Transport).
  • You will be involved in all aspects of the business nationally from budget cost plans through to hard dollar tender submissions across a broad range of sectors including Health, Research, Government, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Residential, Data Centres and Mixed Use.
