Lead the WISE technical integration support team, acting as a technical consultant and Pre-Sales support core during the business promotion phase.
Responsible for architecture integration and technical gatekeeping during product implementation, as well as technical responsibility for product after-sales support and platform stable operation.
Manage and cultivate the technical support engineer team, establish a tiered technical support system (L1/L2/L3 capability model), and promote technical standardization and best practices.
