Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Execute preventive maintenance on biomedical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair medical devices
  • Work overnight shift Monday through Friday
  • Rotate weekend coverage as required
  • Lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission and FDA regulations
  • Previous hospital clinical engineering experience
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols
  • Experience working under union collective bargaining agreements

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM–6 AM) and weekends
