Skills & Requirements
Must-have
L2 production support leadership
Core Banking or Cards business knowledge
Experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
Oracle DB and SQL proficiency
Incident and problem ticket management
Application monitoring and reporting
Ability to work weekend and off-hours
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of enterprise tools MQ, Connect Direct, Control M
Experience with monitoring and automation tools like Splunk, Ansible, Grafana
Familiarity with Java and application servers
Knowledge of web servers Apache, nginx
Understanding of Load Balancer, VM, Network, Storage, OpenShift
Experience with OS/400 system, RPG, COBOL
Experience with Silverlake banking system
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 10 years IT industry experience
Minimum 3 years as technical lead
Understanding of ITIL and SDLC
Experience in banking technology solution or support service delivery
