Job Summary

  • The Manager, Issue Management role is responsible for the maintenance, communication and holistic management of issues, including but not limited to, the monitoring, oversight and aggregate reporting of issues across the Bank from their identification through remediation and closure.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements in process, procedure and reporting to proactively address regulatory expectations and to align with industry practices.
