Job Summary
You are responsible for the gerontopsychiatric support of residents in their life world, anamnesis of new residents, and participation in information gathering.
You will create individually adapted care and support plans considering gerontopsychiatric issues, document developments in residents' mental health, and regularly evaluate implemented measures.
