Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science or related field
  • Five years of comparable experience in dairy laboratory testing
  • Ability to acquire Certified Sampler license
  • Licensure as Certified Industry Analyst under Pasteurized Milk Ordinance
