Job Summary
We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focused on helping residents recover, regain strength, and return to their highest level of independence.
Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist, assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and strengthening exercises, and monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.

Key Requirements
