Job Summary

  • We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focused on helping residents recover, regain strength, and return to their highest level of independence.
  • Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist, assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and strengthening exercises, and monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
