Job Summary

  • As the Associate Director, Transformation & Organizational Enablement, you will play an execution-focused role in translating BI&O’s functional roadmaps into measurable behavior change across Biogen North America’s largest organization.
  • This position is pivotal in evolving BI&O's operating model while strengthening its partnerships with Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and functional commercial leaders.
  • By aligning teams with new operational strategies and decision frameworks, you will help drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
