Job Summary

• As part of LTA’s dynamic team that develops and professionalises the local railway workforce, you will work closely with LTA Divisions and external parties on the development of partnership for training, assessment and certification of rail operations and maintenance.
• The purpose of these partnership and collaborations is to bridge the gaps and to enhance the training and learning ecosystem in local rail industry.
• In addition, you will be involved in engaging consultancy services and facilitating workshops, analysing, recommending and developing training, assessment and certification solutions to meet a variety of training needs and learning styles.
