Job Summary
The Director of Portfolio Management is accountable for driving delivery of the Future of Work (FoW) transformation across assigned portfolios in partnership with Group Functions and Local Business Units.
The role provides end to end visibility of portfolio performance, including initiative health, risks, interdependencies, and outcomes, enabling data driven insights and trusted advice to Sponsors and Workstream Leads.
Lead and drive change management initiatives in collaboration with HR and Function owners to ensure awareness, fluency of AI in daily work activities and ideation of AI application opportunities.

Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree in IT or related discipline
Minimum 15 years' experience in large scale IT transformation
Proven experience presenting to senior executives/C-suite
Insurance and/or financial services industry experience preferred
