Key Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
delivering regulatory or financial reporting initiatives
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting domains
Interest Rate Risk (IRR), capital, liquidity, or risk reporting
experience working across cross‑functional teams
Solid understanding of regulatory reporting platforms
Hands‑on experience with SDLC, change management, and Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
