Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest degree of quality care for residents at all times.
• You will be responsible for overseeing quality care, monitoring census, managing budgets, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering positive relationships with employees, residents, families, and community stakeholders.
• This role involves active participation in survey processes, risk management, contract negotiations, and leading a multi-level team to meet and exceed facility goals.
