  • You will be responsible for overseeing quality care, monitoring census, managing budgets, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering positive relationships with employees, residents, families, and community stakeholders.
  • This role involves active participation in survey processes, risk management, contract negotiations, and leading a multi-level team to meet and exceed facility goals.
