  • Proven experience designing AI evaluation infrastructure
  • Ability to read code and participate in technical design reviews
  • Experience delivering technical roadmaps from vague problems
  • Track record of rescuing stalled projects to production
  • Led cross-functional alignment across three engineering organizations

Nice-to-have

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 2+ years experience with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies
  • Experience working in high-stakes government environments

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical program management
