The Invisible Expert Marketplace is seeking a freelance Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Survey & Annotation Specialist to assist in training AI systems that analyze roadway conditions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PCI surveys and the ability to provide detailed feedback on pavement distress classifications.

Job Summary
Review roadway images, inspection records, and AI-generated outputs to determine accuracy of pavement distress types, severity levels, and condition assessments.
Annotate or validate pavement features and distress patterns so models can better learn to identify cracking, rutting, spalling, patching, weathering, and other common pavement conditions.
Analyze roadway imagery or survey excerpts, validate AI-generated classifications of pavement distress, and provide written feedback explaining model misidentifications.
