The HSE Compliance Manager works closely with site leaders and functional partners to identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and strengthen audit outcomes across a complex, multi-site manufacturing and logistics network.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
5–7 years of experience in HSE compliance, auditing, or regulatory risk management
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments
Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian HSE regulations
Experience leading or supporting ISO and internal audit processes
