  • Lead cross-functional project teams, acting as the primary point of contact for owners, operators, and hotel staff, facilitating regular project meetings and providing clear status updates.
  • Oversee punch list completion, occupancy permits, and handover to hotel operations, conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction or renovation projects
  • Proven track record with hotel renovation projects between $1M–$15M
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required
