Job Summary
Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Nantucket Cottage Hospital’s procedural, surgical, and perioperative departments.
The position exists to solve defined operational and coordination challenges within procedural services and to translate organizational strategy into reliable daily practice.
Partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer, along with nursing, anesthesia, surgeons, proceduralists, and administrative leaders, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and financially responsible perioperative care.
