Guide a team of internal project managers in the design and execution phase of CAT A/CAT B fit-out projects across EMEA, supported by an internal and external team of designers and engineers.
Oversee the design development phase of projects, ensuring timely engagement with other Morgan Stanley corporate functions and active engagement with 'Workplace and Design' and Engineering teams.
Engage with senior leaders, including country managers, to present, influence and discuss project progress and decisions, reinforcing a culture of collaboration and result-driven behaviour.
