Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Independent Equity Fund Manager experience
Managing large equity portfolios over 5000 Cr AUM
Top quartile performance track record 3-4 years
Portfolio construction and stock selection expertise
Sector allocation and risk management skills
Adherence to investment policy and governance frameworks
Nice-to-have
Deep understanding of Indian equity markets
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Bloomberg tools
Strong analytical capability using data and judgment
Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
High ownership mindset with balanced risk awareness
Key Requirements
Experience as an independent Equity Fund Manager
Proven experience managing large equity portfolios (₹5,000+ Cr AUM)
Demonstrated ability to deliver top quartile performance over the last 3–4 years
