Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in construction or facilities project management
  • 4+ years experience in project management positions
  • Demonstrated experience managing government construction or facility contracts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience developing project estimates using RSMeans
