  • The thermal spray operator must be proficient in all aspects of the coating process including masking / unmasking.

  • Read blueprints and sketches
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Shop math including fractions, decimals, proportions, algebraic expressions
  • Experience operating hand and power tools
  • Ability to work in noisy, hot, abrasive environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 18 years of age
