Job Summary

  • This role is the senior individual contributor for Okta’s Commercial Legal team in the Asia Pacific and Japan region, advising and supporting sales and professional services for large enterprise customers and emerging markets.
  • Key responsibilities include negotiating outbound SaaS master subscription agreements, acting as a point-of-contact for regional leadership, and providing expert guidance to junior legal colleagues.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of transactional legal experience, 4+ years in-house with a large technology vendor, and strong knowledge of SaaS business models and regulated industries.
