To ensure the workshop is a safe, inclusive, and well-equipped learning environment that supports student creativity, problem-solving, and technical skill development.

Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in design, engineering, construction, model making or manufacturing
Certifications in workshop safety or machinery operations (added advantage)
Experience in workshop machinery, electrical work or carpentry (recommended but not essential)
Permanent Hong Kong resident or valid visa to work in Hong Kong
