The Technical Director, MNCH/N, will ensure program design and implementation reflect global best practices, national guidelines, and donor requirements.

Must-have
Integrated MNCH and Nutrition service delivery
Technical oversight and strategic direction
Experience with USAID- and BMGF-funded initiatives
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Nice-to-have
Training in implementation research
Experience in sub-Saharan Africa
Sensitivity to cultural differences
Ability to manage multiple work streams
Experience with complex stakeholder environments
Key Requirements
Master’s degree or international equivalent in Public Health or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in global health programming
Advanced degree preferred (PhD, DrPH, MD)
Demonstrated experience with integrated MNCH and/or Nutrition programming
Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa
Prior work with USAID- and/or BMGF-funded initiatives
