Job Summary

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the solution delivery and deployment lifecycle.
  • You will project manage one or more Workday Financials/HCM/Payroll/implementations concurrently and provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services resources.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices and assist in the transition of the customer from Professional Services to Product Support.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years managing complex HCM and/or ERP implementations
  • 3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos or similar software
  • Experience working for a professional services consulting firm
  • Previous experience with project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% - 50% of the time
