Meet or achieve assigned outbound call and revenue goals through consistent and effective player outreach and utilize customer management tools to prospect, develop, and maintain a robust player database.
Build strong relationships between the property and premium guests to support long‑term engagement and loyalty and follow up with guests after their visits to express appreciation, confirm satisfaction, and encourage future trips.
