  • Active Colorado Speech Therapist License required

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA
  • Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License
  • Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary
  • CPR certification (as requested)
