  • Client-facing communication skills

  • Proficient in Plotting & Scanning
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Lead field survey teams
  • Survey independently
  • Time management
  • Decipher construction drawings
  • Proficient in Access
  • Communicate with outside consultants

Nice-to-have

  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to decipher MEP engineering files with assistance
  • Ability to decipher LS/SOC engineering files independently
  • Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
  • Working knowledge of Fire Alarm System & Emergency Lighting Devices
  • Working knowledge of Life Safety Plans
  • Working knowledge of LSM Drawing Standards
  • Working knowledge of MEP system
