Job Summary

• This position has profit & loss responsibility for a $40M+ revenue HVAC Service Business.
• It is responsible for growing the market share of the Carrier Commercial Services business in this focused area through new business development working in conjunction with the sales organization.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of HVAC Operations Leadership
• 8+ years of sales, operations or leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations leadership
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Strong service operations background
• Intimate knowledge of HVAC and/or building technologies industry
