ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Service Desk Agent in Singapore to provide first-level technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and perform troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least two years of experience in end-user support, along with strong technical skills in desktop, notebook, tablet, and smartphone support

Job Summary

  • Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email.
  • Maintain ownership of cases until closure with accurate documentation and timely updates to customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and escalate unusual surge issues to Team Lead.
