Job Summary

• Guest Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent guest service to all event guests.
• Incumbent should be a self-starter that is able to operate under minimal supervision to accomplish work tasks.
• Must be available to work at least 70% of events per month; including all events on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
