Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the daily activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and direction from the Director of Nursing or Nurse Supervisor.
Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders and complete required documentation including nurses’ notes, incident reports, and medication records.
