Base: $52,000.00 - $86,000.00; Bonus: Eligible for bonus; Benefits: PTO, health, dental, vision, retirement plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years building maintenance experience
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Experience with CMMS work order entry
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Willingness to work night shifts on-call
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Inclusion mindset and teamwork abilities
Certification in maintenance related area
Experience with automated infrastructure equipment
Positive attitude and organizational skills
Key Requirements
Associates degree or 2 years experience in lieu of degree
4+ years experience in building maintenance or construction
Valid driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations)
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel macros
