Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years experience in materials lab
Direct people management and team leadership
Shop floor quality initiative experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of MCL practices and procedures
Experience with Operational Excellence frameworks
Advanced analytical and statistical skills
Working knowledge of SAP and Solumina
Familiarity with EHS standards and regulations
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience OR Master's plus 5 years
High School Diploma plus 12 years experience if no degree
Demonstrated shop floor quality leadership
Direct supervisory experience over hourly employees
