Job Summary
The Director of Learning is responsible for facilitating Montage learning programs including MORES, Associates 10-Day training, and departmental specific skills and knowledge.
This role involves creating new and innovative learning curriculum and assisting the Corporate Director of Learning in all aspects of the Learning Department.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Training, Organizational Development, or Learning, preferably with luxury hospitality experience.
