This customer-centric position involves problem-solving, one-on-one and group training, and maintaining an innovative environment for IT engagement and education.
Core Responsibilities include creating, updating, deploying, and troubleshooting images for laptops and desktops, and addressing laptop hardware and software issues.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Desktop support experience
Diploma/Advanced Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
Experience supporting mobile OS (iOS/Android) and Microsoft 365
