The Client Responsiveness and Accountability Assistant (CRA) will support the implementation of CRA actions at the field level, ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place and beneficiary feedback is collected, analyzed, and processed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include updating standard operating procedures, coordinating feedback collection and processing, organizing focus groups, and preparing CRA reports based on consolidated feedback analysis.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in humanitarian contexts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
