  • The Manager of Work Management is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement of AES Indiana’s work planning and scheduling functions.
  • This role oversees the Work Scheduler team responsible for planning field work, coordinating material procurement, arranging underground locates, and communicating execution plans to construction crews.
  • The Manager ensures that construction, maintenance, and reliability work is effectively planned and balanced to optimize crew productivity, safety, and system reliability.
