Job Summary
The Manager of Work Management is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement of AES Indiana’s work planning and scheduling functions.
This role oversees the Work Scheduler team responsible for planning field work, coordinating material procurement, arranging underground locates, and communicating execution plans to construction crews.
The Manager ensures that construction, maintenance, and reliability work is effectively planned and balanced to optimize crew productivity, safety, and system reliability.
