This role acts as a critical advisor on high-value deals for the new Workday GO Global Payroll Motions.
The team balances integrity and innovation while supporting Account Executives to differentiate and sell the Global Payroll solution.
Candidates will provide commercially-minded feedback to Product teams to ensure the roadmap stays ahead of the competition.

Base: $129,900 - $158,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements

Must-have
5+ years Global Payroll Sales experience
Technical expertise in global payroll compliance
Consultative sales approach for enterprise deals
Nice-to-have
Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
Experience with Workday systems
Strong storytelling communication skills
Key Requirements
5+ years related experience in Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales
Deep knowledge of global payroll compliance and localization requirements
Proven consultancy experience with HRIS/Workforce solutions
