  • Partner directly with SVP, VP, and senior management in Marketing as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Analyze workforce data to create valuable, actionable insights that inform people strategy and business decisions as part of standing leadership business reviews.
  • Champion and promote the Workday People Strategy, driving awareness and commitment across the Marketing organization.
