Partner directly with SVP, VP, and senior management in Marketing as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Analyze workforce data to create valuable, actionable insights that inform people strategy and business decisions as part of standing leadership business reviews.
Champion and promote the Workday People Strategy, driving awareness and commitment across the Marketing organization.
