Job Summary
Monitors and utilizes security systems to maintain common operating picture of the enterprise, using advanced technology systems for situational awareness, threat management, and investigative purposes.
Receives emergency and non-emergency calls via telephone, radio, and computer-aided dispatch systems, evaluates incoming information, and prioritizes calls to dispatch Public Safety personnel.
