Job Summary
The consultant will design and integrate a Management Information System to track Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment services across Maharashtra and Odisha.
Responsibilities include developing ODK-based data collection forms, creating real-time dashboards for 14 project KPIs, and ensuring data quality through systematic triangulation.
The role requires coordinating with NTEP officials and private providers to support evidence-based decision-making and milestone reporting for the PIVOT-TPT project.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Postgraduate degree in Statistics or Data Science
6-8 years experience in health data management
3-4 years experience in TB programs
Proficiency in ODK mobile data collection tools
Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau skills
Experience with Ni-kshay and TB Arogya Saathi systems
API integration and data interoperability expertise
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Marathi language
Ability to travel 30% to field sites
Experience with digital health platforms
Strong analytical and triangulation skills
Collaborative work with government stakeholders
Key Requirements
